Hello my name is Luna, I’m only 9 months old and still I have a sad story to tell you.

A family adopted me, but they didn’t really care about me. I wasn’t a part of their family. Their house has been robbed so they tied me on a 1 meter rope outside in the yard and had me as an “alarm”. When my adopter was not at home, her mother whenever I barked she was coming out and hit me with a stick.

Hope for Homeless learned about the abuse I was going through and they contact my adopter. They rescued me and now I’m much better here at the shelter. At least I’m not tied and not beaten when I bark sometimes. The volunteers play with me and cuddle me too. I love cuddles sooooo much. I love kids and I’m OK with other dogs. All I need is a family that will take care of me and let me become their best buddy. Will you be the one??
